LOCATION: Graceville

The lucky people of Graceville now have a gorgeous new coffeeshop and cafe, "Hunter and Scout". This existing heritage listed structure was sitting vacant and in disrepair with the rear of the property littered with rubbish and overgrown grassland. A new rear of house kitchen area was constructed and extended off the front of house. A new grease trap and extensive stormwater services were installed in the ground and a new stainless commercial kitchen was installed. The rear of the block was cleared with new retaining walls and timber fences installed to the boundary. The outdoor area was then finished with new planter beds, pavers and a Hardwood Kwila Pergola.
