CHANDLER RENOVATION

LOCATION: Chandler, Brisbane

The existing structure of this house was in poor condition and was repaired during the construction works. The entry was completely redone with the previous valley structure removed and replaced with new saddle trusses to create a grand entry with a custom iron door. The internal areas were stripped out entirely and a new layout was completed giving the owners larger bedrooms and bathroom areas. The previous lounge area was converted to a grand communal kitchen with VJ vaulted ceilings and fire place leading out to the gardens. This build was all about quality finishes and attention to detail delivering a fantastic result.
