The Embassy Hotel bars were fully refurbished providing a slick revamping of this historic building. While a modernised design was specified, there remained an emphasis on retaining traditional elements such as the ceiling detail and the installation of 100 year-old iron-bark flooring. The works included construction of a new bar, detailed joinery and panelling, feature upholstery and furniture and complete new service installations.
